G15-138 - is a steel twin screw round bilge displacement motor yacht with unlimited navigation range and extended sailing ability. The project by Ginton Naval Architects BV (www.ginton.com). The interior design by Brilliant Boars (www.brilliantboats.net).
The yacht can be used as permanent residence, for long trips by water routes and as a representative vessel. She is equipped with the most modern ship systems and equipment which allow you to manage the boat easily even when you are in a long time autonomous voyage.
The vessel is designed in accordance with the Recreational Craft Directive 94/25/EC as amended by 2003/44/EC. Boat design category - A (Ocean).
The construction is performed under the supervision of Bureau Veritas.
The hull construction has some peculiarities:
- enlarged built in fuel tanks which increase cruising range,
- bulbous bow and a round bilge reduce water resistance and effect a saving of fuel,
- maximum actual living space or volume for the vessel of 14,98 meter long,
- headroom not less 2 m,
- large windows give plenty of light,
- slanted forward front wheel-house window makes steering more comfortable both when it is sunny and rains,
- four windows and the sliding sunroof hatch quickly turn the closed cabin into a semi-open space,
- suited for bearing 3 meter long tender.
Cruising range at 9,5 knots - 1180 nm,
9,0 knots - 1450 nm,
6,5 knots - 2690 nm.
The interior is designed the way to maximize the actual living space or volume and use every empty corner for maximum storage space. The different floor levels between cabins don't cause discomfort. A special floating interior technology is used to reduce noise and vibration. Comfort is provided as well by the climate control system in each cabin and wheelhouse.
Household appliances are solid integrated. All serving system elements are hidden but are easily acceptable. All panels are removable with low power consumption lights (LED), furniture fittings and accessories are corrosion resisted. These and other useful gadgets give the feeling of comfort and easy handling.
At the present moment the boat is ready for the interior installation. The future owner can choose colours and materials for furniture and decoration.
The yacht is being biult under Bureau Veritas supervision.
